Refund Policy

Our commitment: We stand behind the quality of our AI playbooks. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Company AI Playbook ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.

1. One-Time Playbook Purchase ($97)

If you are not satisfied with your AI playbook for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

2. Pro Monthly Subscription ($67/month)

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you will retain access to Pro features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

3. Agency Subscription ($299/month)

Agency subscriptions follow the same cancellation policy as Pro subscriptions. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. For new Agency subscribers, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee -- if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first billing period, contact us for a full refund of that period's charge.

4. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is for a renewal charge after a subscription was not cancelled prior to renewal
  • Multiple refund requests have been made for the same product type (abuse prevention)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your account
  • Your order or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
